Timeline

The gods settle on the High Plane and creative their children, the various races.

Mardük and Paedün ask other gods to help but the others refuse to lend their aid. The two brothers try to save Dreamweaver but find out that he has been consumed by Evil and is now calling himself Death. Unable to defeat Death, the brothers imprison him into the heart of the Land of the Dead.

Although locked in his realm, Death's consciousness breaches the planes of reality and starts sowing seeds of discord in the minds of various people, subtly influencing events for years to come.

Maar Sulais Genesis (MSG) calendar begins.

A group of sages create the Dragon Diamond and seal the dragon's soul.

Dar'Cenrath and the sages are destroyed, and the Dragon Diamond is forgotten in the ruined city which is now known as the Ruined Kingdom.

Nergal seals the Faerfolc into Tes Pellaria and the Sirithai under the ground of what later becomes Alent.

Mardük is slowly driven mad by the devastation caused by Kagetsu and his anger at the gods for not helping Dreamweaver. Under the subtle influence of Death, his hatred grows and he gradually succumbs into darkness in the following millennia as his powers twist the once noble demons into monstrous figures.

Holy Year (HY) calendar begins.

Founding of Adlehyde, Cardia, Eblana, Nefarious and Zeal.

Chaos Era calendar begins.

The Order of the Black Rose appears in public for the first time on Mardük's side.

The Order of the Black Rose fades from public view into obscurity.

Jemuel assassinates King Unne and usurps power in Cardia. The Cardian War begins.

Sydney Losstarot takes over Nefarious and renames it Lea Monde. Yurius appears and becomes Sydney's top lieutenant. Sydney Losstarot War begins.

Raistlin I and Britt discover an ancient gateway to the floating continent of Alent and move the capital of Cardia there.

The First Banishment causes a lot of destruction, and the floating continent of Alent falls to the sea and becomes a regular continent.

The Lefein and Paedün are sealed into a dimensional prison by Nergal. Daventhalas de Mont Hault, the sole surviving Lefein, is turned into a mute amnesiac.

Founding of Augustia, Grandbell, Isaac, Manster, Miletos, Silecia, Thracia and Verdane.

Post Liberation calendar begins.

Leon accidentally releases Kagetsu who is stuck in wolf form.

Daven constructs the memory crystal with help from Raistlin II and can thus finally keep his memories intact.

Kagetsu retreats to Verdane, is reunited with Marya and founds the new Maar Sul.

After Second Sealing (ASS) calendar begins.

Grandbell Civil War plot. Queen Adevia is defeated, and Scundia becomes independent after the war.

Leon retreats to the Isle of Yggdrasil to study magic.

The Mullencamp find Arawn and take him away before Raistlin II returns.

Cue in a big fucking Explosion. The Innate Abilities appear.

Founding of Aison, Libaterra, Remon and Yamato.

After Explosion (AE) calendar begins.

Rage regains his memories and takes back his old name, Malakhia, and travels around Remon.

Omaroch d'Zarnagon appears in Remon and meets a bunch of good and bad people as he learns the ways of "lesser beings".

Omaroch travels around the world and thwarts the plans of the Fire Lizards and the Order of the Black Rose who are searching for the Dragon Diamond.

Omaroch falls in love with Delora and marries her.

Omaroch is captured by his demonic brothers while on the run from the operatives of the Order and is taken back to the Demon Realm where he is tortured for years.

Events of Darkness Within end.

Kareth is sold to slave traders.

Sullena saves Refan and takes him to Ravensworth where he teaches him the Code of Thieves.

Refan befriends various thieves, including Izael Korath.

Zarnagon meets the three Korath brothers (Egendaul, Firion and Maiyr) and begins manipulating them. Maiyr is transformed into the Beastmaster.

Aison:

• Agents sent by the Clergy of Nergal try to assassinate King Byron Kagawest in Myridia but fail.
• Aisonian heroes led by BoB the Jaguar uncover an insidious plot within the ranks of the archmages in the Magestar.
• Marcus Sarillius receives Dusk from Schuldich Cedheros and defeats a fire elemental, but Graves Hall is destroyed in the process.

Libaterra:

• Mae Torazo is killed by Yoshimuriko who becomes the new leader of the Rebels.
• The Rebels begin to gain an advantage over the Locken Loyalists during the Civil War in Libaterra and take over Lutherin.
• Artemicia kills Schuldich Cedheros and steals Dawn from Axikasha "Ax" Keiran and Shyla Locken in Trinity Gask.
• Hageoyaji d'Arioc sets up a drug store in Lutherin.

Remon:

• Leon is brought back to life as a revenant and is entrusted with the Silver Branch. He proceeds to Remon to find the destined bearer of the Branch and joins Mori'sul Agara's party.
• Racial tension between elves and men grows in Remon, and the Clergy of Mardük is constantly scheming in the background.
• Zarnagon kidnaps Izael and kills Sullena in Ravensworth. Refan starts tracking Zarnagon and Izael and tries to steal the Dragon Diamond from them but ends up in Mori'sul Agara's party.
• Omaroch reappears in Remon as an agent of the Demon Realm and starts observing Refan and Zarnagon in secret.

Yamato:

• Distreyd Thanadar XII kills Distreyd Thanadar XI and becomes the next High Cleric of Mardük.
• Shogun Masamori Hyuga kills Emperor Takeshi Ofuchi during the First Battle of Kageshima and becomes the new head of state in Yamato.
• Distreyd XII and the Shogun ally and begin the Unification of Yamato.
• The last members of the Clergy of Hephaestus are slaughtered in Falgorn Island by Distreyd XII's Chaos Dwarves.
• Schuldich, the last cleric of Hephaestus, escapes from Yamato with Dawn and Dusk and travels abroad to give them to their intended bearers.
• Varalia Earthhaven joins the Yamatian army.
• Yousei Kaizoku meets with Seishuu Kazejin and recruits him into his ranks.

Leon leads the Fellowship into Tes Pellaria, and the spirit of Agarwaen states that Marcus Sarillius will become the next King of Remon. Everyone in Remon sees a vision of Marcus's coronation.

The Faerfolc are released from Tes Pellaria and head for Libaterra. The Faerfolc Rampage begins.

The Fellowship starts recruiting people and fights against Yamatians and clerics of Mardük in Remon. Dwarves join the Fellowship. The Great War begins.

The Fellowship defeats various villains during the Beastmaster Incident in Folsworth Woods.

Elves join the Fellowship, and the Grand Alliance is officially formed under Marcus's leadership.

After a bunch of battles Remon is liberated, and the Alliance heads for Maar Sul to depose Martin Struan.

Jemuel is reborn in a clone with help from Drishnek. He murders Dante Albrigant in Remon, joins forces with Drishnek, Richelieu and Omaroch d'Zarnagon and flees with them to Libaterra.

Drishnek finishes his association with the Master who uses Drishnek's teachings to officially form a small death cult known as the Totenkopfs.

Jemuel and his companions take control of the devastated Libaterra and rename the capital Alent. The Magicracy of Alent takes its first steps.

Innate Abilities disappear. The Great War and the Faerfolc Rampage end.

The Age of Emptiness (AOE) calendar begins.

Andrei Pronin forms the Proninist Party and invades Scundia and Maar Sul but loses control of Remonton.

Remonton is rebuilt. The new Grand Alliance is formed and marches to Maar Sul's aid.

Heroes save King Marcus from kidnappers in the Ruined Kingdom.

Shakkan and Hephaestus used the bodies of Mori'sul Agara and Ax to fight against Nergal who has possessed Jacob Seneron.

Ax and Marcus become the first members of the Clergy of Hephaestus in over a decade.

The Shadow finally regains his memories in the Ruined Kingdom and remembers his true identity: Taliesin.

Glaurung Losstarot forms the Crimson Coalition.

The Fellowship of Maar Sul meets Oswald Flynn and travels to Alent where Richelieu finally uncovers Drishnek's treachery.

Khasra III kills Drishnek. The Fellowship flees to Yamato while they are being pursued by the Vulfsatz.

Jemuel is finally free of Drishnek's influence and begins preparations for war. The first airship in millennia, Imperator, becomes operational.

The Fellowship of Maar Sul help the Akai Tora and the Forgotten take over Vulpengaard Keep. The Fellowship is framed by a Vulfsatz agent, but they are freed by agents from Alent.

Desdemona de Ardyn murders Belial and Xerathas d'Zarnagon kidnaps King Gerard Aurelac in Maar Sul City.

Ax's group travels to Libaterra to aid Khalid al-Saif take over the Sultanate of Karaganda.
