Default World Map and Factions

Note: This world map is accurate as of the start of Chapter 1. It doesn't list every city and location in the world; it just has the most relevant cities. When I (Nic) have some free time, I'll see what I can do about updating the relevant cities and possibly showing the territories controlled by each faction.

Big thanks to Lynx who had the time and motivation to get this map done!
