Oh, and is it just me, or does seperating "General" and "Non-RPing Entertainment" also look pretty dumb?

It is kind of arbitrary, but if it weren't separated all the RP stuff would be at the bottom. I don't really ilke that, but it's your board.

I made three groups of smilies - "ezBoard Smilies" (which I think actually includes one non-ezBoard smilie), "InvisionBoard Smilies" (which only contains one smilie at the moment because all the other IPB smilies I could find had ugly white backgrounds), and "Other Smilies" (which only contains two because I want to redo the second ninja and the sarcasm smilie with transparent backgrounds). You might want to take care which group you're adding a smilie into when you make new ones, or you might want to get rid of the divisions. Your call.

I'd rather just have the smilies set up like Daniel put them the last time, but that'll have to wait for me to actually upload the IPB ones(which I am going to do in just a minute).

Works for me. You do know you can order the smilies however you want regardless of groups though, right?

We have announcments. You can check the latest one out [here] (http://www.thegamersalliance.net/forums/announcement.php?f=12), and scroll down to see previous ones. It might be a good idea to display announcements on the forum index, but it's not necessary.

No. Announcements concerning the RP are made in Crossroads. General announcements are made via the vB announcements, which are viewable at the top of every forums index.
