Rastus and Hamish will either be heading towards the Roost to investigate what's left of the clergy of Nergal's old base, or else they'll be heading to Myridia on the boats they arrived on.

BoB could be absoloutely anywhere (in Aison), although I like to have him in a party because he doesn't create his own plot very well in this age, as without Raistlin (the character) or something to do with Raistlin (the character), I'm all out of ideas for him at the moment but am happy for him to help other people on their respective journeys.
